BW-1600 Full Servo Corrugated Plate Production Line
The BW-1600 full servo corrugated strip forming machine is the new generation equipment for producing corrugated oil tanks of oil-immersed transformers. The machine comprises an uncoiling unit, the main unit and the electrical control system. The main unit integrates guiding, feeding, width adjustment, pushing, front clamping, core plate lifting, rear pressing, shearing and folding components, all driven by servo motors under fully automatic program control. During operation the computer completes feeding, forming and folding in one pass from the entered parameters.
