BW Corrugated Fin Folding Machine for Transformer Tank
The BW fin folding machine produces corrugated panels for corrugated oil tank transformers directly from flat steel sheet in coil. The unit includes decoiler, fin folding unit, hydraulic system, electrical control system and transportation system, while the folding unit itself covers material guiding, feeding, limiting, pressing, folding, edge bending and cutting. Operation needs only one or two people per shift and the computer completes cutting, forming and edge bending in a single cycle from the entered parameters.
