ZDL Corrugated Fin Embossment Spot Welding Machine
The ZDL corrugated fin embossment double head spot welding machine comprises a mechanical system, conveying device, workpiece positioning and clamping device, resistance welding control system, pneumatic system, two axis double servo system and electrical control system. From the parameters entered, the computer completes the entire working program in one pass, producing weld spots that meet the tank pressure requirement with a flat weld surface.
