PRJ Foil Winding Machine
The PRJ foil winding machine winds foil coils for transformers and electrical apparatus. Copper or aluminum foil of different thickness is used as the conductor, wide-band insulating material as layer insulation and narrow-band material as end insulation, with winding, inner and outer lead welding and outer surface binding completed in one pass. The double layer version can wind a wide foil coil from narrow strips or build a thick foil coil from two thin layers.
