The TONGLI DXJ-V800 Vertical Transformer Coil Winding Machine is a floor-mounted winding system designed for large-diameter, heavy transformer coils that are difficult to handle on a conventional horizontal lathe. By standing the winding axis vertically, the machine lets gravity work in the operator's favour: the coil rests on a rotating table, is easier to load and inspect, and can be wound to a large diameter without the sag and tooling problems that affect long horizontal mandrels.

The vertical frame is fabricated from heavy welded steel and anchored directly to the workshop floor, giving exceptional rigidity for coils up to 2500 kg and transformer ratings up to 2000 kVA. A variable-frequency drive turns the table smoothly from 0 to 200 rpm, and an automatic wire layout carriage feeds the conductor at a controlled pitch so each layer stays neat and even. A PLC with touchscreen HMI stores up to 300 winding recipes, allowing quick changeover between coil sizes and wire gauges.
